Welcome to Fresh Air Wheels!

In Spring 2026, we will launch Fresh Air Wheels: Saint Anthony Park eBike Library so neighbors can try an eBike for several days, completely free! Modeled after the successfulMinneapolis Cargo Bike Library, this program will let borrowers see how an eBike would fit into their life, including commuting to work, getting groceries, dropping off kids, or simply enjoying the ride.

Each participant will receive:

  • A fully charged eBike (standard or cargo style)

  • A helmet and bike lock

  • A brief orientation and safety training to ensure a confident, comfortable ride

At the end of your loan, you’ll have the chance to share feedback and reflect on how eBiking could fit into your daily routine.

Lectric XP 3.0 Long-Range eBike

Bookings are available to Fresh Air Wheels members after successfully completing the Fresh Air Wheels Orientation. When booking your eBike, you will be asked to confirm that you have completed the orientation.

The 2023 Lectric XP 3.0 Long-Range eBike features a 48V 14Ah battery, extending range up to 65 miles, paired with a 500W (1000W peak) motor, 55Nm of torque, and 28 mph top speed. This foldable, 64-lb bike offers hydraulic disc brakes, 7-speed gearing, and a front suspension fork, suitable for both commuting and off-road riding.

Integral Electrics Maven Cargo eBike

Bookings are available to Fresh Air Wheels members after successfully completing the Fresh Air Wheels Orientation. When booking your eBike, you will be asked to confirm that you have completed the orientation.

The Integral Electrics Maven is a Class 2 long-tail electric cargo bike designed for inclusivity, fitting riders from 5'0" to 6'7". It features a 750W rear hub motor (75 Nm torque), a high-capacity dual-battery system (1,512 Wh) for up to 100+ miles of range, and a 440 lb payload capacity. It is optimized for safety and stability with a low-slung rear rack, 20" x 3.0" tires, hydraulic disc brakes, and integrated lights with turn signals.

*To become a member and book an eBike from the Fresh Air Wheels eBike library, you must complete all five of the E-Bike Safety Modules, hosted by PeopleForBikes and the League of American Bicyclists. This includes watching all videos from start to finish and scoring 100% on all corresponding quizzes in each of the following modules:

  2. E-Bike Battery Safety

  3. Before You Ride

  4. Rider Safety

  5. Collision Awareness + Rider Etiquette
