A positive, local response
to climate change
Neighbors addressing climate change
Transition Town — All St. Anthony Park
Smaller Footprint, Stronger Community
We’re neighbors linking up to live responsibly on the Earth. Our ideas are as many as the challenges we all face. But they may not yet include yours. Come, think, work, and celebrate with us!
Our purpose is to raise our neighborhood's understanding of climate change and the limits of fossil fuels, and to foster a positive, community-wide transition to more sustainable ways of life... ASAP. ASAP reminds us that climate calls for our best efforts, right now. All Saint Anthony Park means South and North; renters and homeowners; newcomers and long-timers; businesses and nonprofits, students and seniors; faith groups, youth groups, people of all ethnicities... all are needed. (See a map of our area of St. Paul, MN.) Sign up for our newsletter and join the 400-plus neighbors who stay informed and join in when they can: email Communications@TransitionASAP.org. Got time to do more? Send us a note and we’ll connect. Feel free to propose a project or event we can support: email Mike at email@example.com.
During the pandemic, we've reflected, grieved, and dreamed of a better world. We've also learned new habits, some of them worth keeping! Keepers is a new zine booklet by Regula Russelle— neighbor, Transitioner, and book artist. Read it here (double-click the cover for best view), then print your own copies to share. Download the copyright-free zine layout and instructions. Then check out two more zines with a Transition theme.
Help raise local awareness of our climate emergency and the solutions at hand. Give to Transition Town - ASAP.

Tracy (right) provided the inspiration for the festival
Along the Como Lake walking path, local groups shared sustainability ideas at our July Emergence Festival: projects for community resilience, climate activism, ecosystem stewardship, faith-based action and more. See more in this slide show, and on the Festival page.

All are welcome to this monthly meeting to explore ways to build a more local, sustainable economy. Our interests include regenerative agriculture, renewable energy, and co-ops of many kinds. We're also researching individual investment tools and regional initiatives such as solidarity economies and green bonds.
